We love this condo because of its quiet, convenient location; quick access to the mountains or Durango, as well as it's pristine condition. It has a convenient main floor entrance and front door parking, and a tennis court as well as covered gazebo w/grill on the grounds.
There are brand new comfy beds to assure a good night's sleep, large bedroom closets, washer/dryer, iron & ironing board, hairdryer, porch, patio and deck.
There is a TV w/cable, DVD player and stereo system. Wireless High Speed Internet will ensure you're able to catch up on any work you may need to do or to simply browse the internet with ease.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including microwave, coffeemaker and toaster-oven. On a cold night you can enjoy a fire in the fireplace (wood included) and there is an exterior ski closet.
